The settings you should use for your FTP client are as follows:

• Hostname/Server: ftp.yourdomain
• Username: Your FTP username as found in Plesk > Home > Setup > FTP Login
• Password: Your FTP password as found in Plesk > Home > Setup > FTP Password
• Port: 21

You should upload your site content into the /httpdocs directory.
